Sit back and relax as you are chauffeured into the heart of the city, where you’ll check-in to your accommodation.

Casablanca’s roots trace back to the Berber village of Anfa. In the late 18th century, Sultan Mohammed Ben Abdallah established a Muslim town that welcomed European merchants for wool and grain trade. Take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the history, culture, and thriving economy of Casablanca by exploring its iconic landmarks. Marvel at the United Nations Square, Mohamed V Square, the bustling Central Market, and the enchanting Habous Quarter, which offers a splendid view of the Royal Palace. And, of course, no visit to Casablanca would be complete without witnessing the grandeur of the renowned Hassan II Mosque.

The rest of the evening is yours to savor at your leisure, allowing you to fully embrace the vibrant atmosphere of this cosmopolitan city.

Day 2:Discovering Meknes, Volubilis, and Fez

On Day 2 of our Moroccan adventure, we delve into the captivating cities of Meknes, Volubilis, and Fez, immersing ourselves in their rich history and vibrant culture.

Meet your driver at 8:30 am as we begin our journey towards Meknes, an imperial city associated with Moulay Ismail. Unlike other bustling medinas, Meknes offers a more relaxed atmosphere, with a smaller size and less pushy shopkeepers. Take the time to explore the Imperial City and the Medina, where you’ll find intriguing historical sites.

Next, we make a detour to Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site boasting Morocco’s best-preserved Roman ruins. Wander through the extensive complex, marveling at the grand merchant homes with visible heating systems, ancient temples, and beautifully preserved colorful mosaics.

In the afternoon, we reach Fez, often referred to as the spiritual capital of Morocco. Founded during the Arab migration across North Africa, Fez holds immense historical and scholarly importance. Divided into three distinct parts – Fez el-Bali (the heart of the Medina), Fez el-Jdid (housing the Jewish quarter and the Royal Palace), and the Ville Nouvelle (the administrative area) – Fez offers a fascinating blend of cultural treasures.

Take the opportunity to explore Fez and immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the medina at nightfall. Enjoy the freedom to wander through the narrow streets, soak in the enchanting ambiance, and indulge in a delightful dinner.

Please note that local guide services in Volubilis and Meknes are not included in the tour. If you wish to have a guided tour of either city, your driver can assist you in arranging the appropriate guide for an enhanced experience.

Known as Fez el-Bali, this medieval city lies concealed behind imposing walls, concealing a labyrinth of 9,000 narrow streets that exude an enchanting atmosphere. As the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco, Fez promises an unforgettable experience.

At 9 am, your knowledgeable local guide will greet you for a comprehensive 6-hour exploration of the ancient medina. Traverse its bustling streets and immerse yourself in the rich craftsmanship of the many artisans who call this place home. Witness the skill of metal workers, dyers, woodworkers, and silk weavers as they practice their ancient trades.
